As is true in any popular destination, construction of new homes continues on most areas of St. Thomas. PLEASE BE ADVISED: As of summer, 2010, there is a home being built around the point to the southeast of villa, which can be seen from pool and from the homes easternmost bedroom. However, the location of the site, the surf and winds sounds and wind direction keeps noise from this project to a low or non-existent level.
