Ocean Dunes can not only be your summer and/or year round weekend retreat, it is also a great investment. It is a forever preserved oceanfront property in the village of one of the most beautiful and sophisticated small towns in America.
Rental Notes:
RATE POLICY
Our nightly Apartment rates are quoted on the basis of having only two people in a one-bedroom apartment and four people in a two-bedroom apartment. In addition to the rate there is a state and local tax of 9.375% plus a 3% service charge. Because of the unique nature of Ocean Dunes our rooms cannot accommodate any more than two in a one bedroom and four in a two bedroom Pets are not permitted on the property.
Please note that the apartments are all non-smoking and do not have air conditioning. We have the natural ocean breezes!
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. We accept deposits by credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express) as well as cash or check. We offer a 5% discount on stays of seven days and 10% on stays of 14 days or more.
On weeknights with the exception of July/August apartments are offered at slightly lower rates. Apartment rates are marginally higher during holiday periods. There are minimum stay requirements of 2 nights in our Early, Mid, Prime, Late, and Fall Season and 3 nights on Memorial Day weekend. During the High and Peak Season we have a one week minimum in the two bedrooms apartments, a three and five night minimum in the one bedroom and one bedroom Duplex apartments.
Cancellations ? Deposits for June 25th through September 6th reservations are non-refundable. Once the reservation is made you are responsible for all nights reserved. For reservations made in the off seasons, deposits are refundable 14 days prior to the arrival date minus a 10% cancellation fee and nonrefundable within the 14 days. Refunds are processed within 30 days.
