Description of Chalet Val d’Isere, France/Christmas Chalet:
Our Chalet is given entirely to the living space with the sitting area opening onto a large south facing balcony. Both the sitting and dining area are extremely beautiful and characterised by the traditional use of old wooden beams and the presence of natural stone fire places. A mezzanine floor serves as the TV and video area.
The middle two floors house the bedrooms, all of which are well proportioned with their own bathroom and integral sound system.
The lowest floor holds the wellness area where you can take a swim, sauna or steam, whilst admiring the commanding views over Val d’Isère.
Well situated in the exclusive Les Carats just hundred metres from the edge of La Face and only ten minutes walk from the village. It is an exquisite ski chalet, which we believe is impossible to beat for style and comfort.
Staff at Chalet includes a Private chef, chalet hosts and driver service.
Location of Chalet is 10 minute walk from town centre, 2 minutes to La Face piste. Geneva 170km, Chambery 135km, Lyon 234km
Facilities 7x5m indoor swimming pool with jet stream, sauna and steam room. Lift between floors. Ski locker area with ski boot warmers, satellite television, video player, DVD player, integral hi fi system throughout the chalet, a selection of games & telephone.
Free activities Thursday evening 6pm to 7pm Val d’Isere centre - street entertainment
Paid activities Paragliding, ice climbing, swimming, ice skating, snowshoe hiking, snowmobiles, husky sleigh rides, ice driving, yoga, patisserie classes, high altitude courses.
