The property is located in the Punta Minitas area on the side facing the Minitas bay, and is just one and a half kilometers away from the Marina and its boutiques, restaurants and supermarket.
Villa Montella is a beachfront property in the Casa de Campo Resort, an ultra exclusive enclosed residential community in the south coast of the Dominican Republic. The property is located in the Punta Minitas area on the side facing the Minitas bay, and is just one and a half kilometers away from the Marina and its boutiques, restaurants and supermarket. The six bedroom villa and its furniture provide local Caribbean architecture and an open ambiance. A circular driveway with an island of tall trees offers a secluded and relaxing welcome into the entryway and living room. The main sitting area includes a large living room and an enclosed office with air-conditioned studio/library with internet access, as well as access to the master bedroom. The wrap-around open terrace faces the bay and includes a breakfast area with a rectangular table seating 8, and two sitting areas, and stairs leading to the garden, pier and sandy beach. This deck also leads to the other downstairs bedrooms and the stairway to the upper bedrooms. The pool deck has a rectangular pool and two round tables, one with umbrella, chaise longues, and a BBQ area includes beautiful vegetation, among which are a Yellow Oak, Sea Grape, Dwarf Coconut and Traveler Palm trees. The pool deck has stairs leading to the garden. Adjacent to the pool deck a large open gazebo looks out on the bay and includes two round tables seating ten persons each, as well as a large sitiing area, bar and TV. This gazebo is truly the heart of the property. The villa is surrounded by a landscaped tropical garden. The garden includes children? s play area and Palm trees as well as Dwarf Coconut and Native Coconut trees. Steps from the garden access the pier and small private sand beach that is not open to the public limited to Villa Montella and the neighboring villa. The villa also comprises a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area with washing machine, drier and sink and staff quarters with built-in closets and bathrooms.
