This magnificent beachfront home is being offered fully furnished and has one of the best ocean views on the island. This home was built for entertaining. It has it's own private boardwalk to the beach, 2500sf of professional decking and a screend in porch. With 10 bedrooms you can invite your whole family, or your friends to spend time with you at the beach. This home underwent a major renovation in 1997.
The new kitchen was added and turned into a fabulous "cooks" kitchen with two refrigerators and two dishwashers, opening up into the living areas and looking out to the ocean. A large sunroom and family area were also added and are perfect places for relaxing while enjoying the ocean views. There is also a loft on the front of the house that sits high above the trees. All of the windows on the second and third floors were replaced in 1997 as well as the roof, and 31 I-Beams were replaced. This home is in wonderful condition and is an excellent rental. The living room has hardwood floors, tons of windows, a television,vcr, and entry to the huge screened in porch.
