Batavia Suite: This sumptuous suite features a king bed, large gas fireplace, spa tub for two, sitting area, TV/DVD, and lovely views of our local mountain stream.
Mountain Streams Cottage
Located in downtown Windham, this modern guesthouse offers luxurious and spacious accommodations . A shared guest pantry and lounge area provide comfortable seating, views of the ski slopes, and additional space for playing games or just hanging out . With a full-size refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and sink, guests are welcome to prepare meals or bring in food from local restaurants. Coffee service and snacks provided.

baked goods, and saut?ed omelets. ALL HOMEMADE BY THE OWNERS.. mounds of fresh fruit, steaming hot muffins, our signature granola, and toasting breads. An extended selection of loose leaf and bagged teas will impress any tea drinker.
Several hot entr?es then emerge from the kitchen ? ready to satisfy even the heartiest of appetites. The Chef's imaginative repertoire includes buttermilk pancakes with blueberries, stuffed French toast, Belgium waffles, crepes, and local apples laced with cinnamon or bananas and finely chopped pecans. We also offer the option of two eggs cooked any style, or a gourmet omelet saut?ed with fresh vegetables and herbs. Side dishes may include bacon, Canadian bacon, sausage, or perhaps grilled ham with a light apricot sauce.
With even more space and added amenities, our deluxe rooms offer special extras.

Strictly a Non-Smoking Inn. 2 night minimum on weekends (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday); 3 night minimum during Holiday Periods. Room rates are per night. Prices include: full breakfast for two people, afternoon tea on Saturdays (only), our video library of over 400 movies, complimentary soft drinks and hot beverages in our 24-hour guest pantry, and use of our automatic Shiatsu massage chair. Sales tax 8.25% added onto room bill. Additonal $25 charge per person (includes children and infants) in any room, this includes breakfast and amenities. Rollaway cots and cribs are available with prior arrangement (limit one per room). Two person maximum in most rooms. No room is permitted to accommodate 5 people. No pets allowed. Cancellation policy applies to all reservations (you must speak with the Innkeeper directly to cancel). Check In Time 2PM-10PM (after 10PM arrangements will be needed prior to arrival) Check Out Time: Noon. Rates subject to change without notice. Surcharge may apply to some reservations
