Description of Bajacu:
Antiques from China, Indonesia, and Africa together with unique artwork create an elegant though relaxed atmosphere. Among the many pleasures of Bajacu are its many beautiful private areas where one can sit or relax in total privacy. The house includes a formal indoor dining room that can seat 16, together with a protected and tranquil outdoor dining area.
Bajacu has two dramatic infinity pools that cascade into each other. The villa has an open-air living room under a large palapa, with a spectacular pergola linking the palapa to an inside living room, all of which is surrounded by the pool. Antiques from China, Indonesia & Africa, together with unique artwork, create an elegant, though relaxed, atmosphere. Among the many pleasures of Bajacu are the beautiful private areas for relaxing in total privacy. The villa includes a formal indoor dining room seating 16, together with a protected and tranquil outdoor dining area.
The villa was designed by Marco Aldaco, world famous Mexican architect, and completed in 2004. It comprises 9500 sq. ft under the roof and 3500 sq. ft of open deck. Bajacu has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 with King beds and 2 with Double beds), each with ensuite bath and private terrace with stunning sea views. Bajacu also features an office with computer, internet access, and fax. Both the living room and the office have their own bathroom (for a total of 7 bathrooms).
The villa is attended to by a : butler, cook, gardener and 1 to 3 maids - two of the staff members live on site in separate staff quarters.
Bajacu has its own fresh water making plant and guests can enjoy the fresh fruit and herbs harvested on the estate.
PLEASE NOTE: BAJACU includes 2 professional diving masters and a private boat for trips to the deserted white sand beaches of the Turks and Caicos (includes 3 boat trips per week).
Children are welcome, but a notarized waiver is required for kids under 5.
