The buildings consist of the main house, which opens onto a large courtyard enclosed by lower buildings that once housed the store rooms, while on the outside, around a courtyard that looks out over the countryside, in the old stables they have created a residence consisting of four independent suites, all beautifully renovated, furnished with period furniture, and equipped with air-conditioning and all modern conveniences. The property, which is completely independent, lies along a semi-circle around the old courtyard, now an italian garden; opposite, towards the countryside, they have built a 6 x 14m swimming-pool for guests' exclusive use. You can arrange to have breakfast, lunch or dinner served. The owners and the wardens live in the other part and have a separate entrance. The nearest village with services is about 2.5 kms away, Catania is 75 kms away, and the coast about 60 kms. In the grounds and in the whole area nearby you can still breathe in the atmosphere of the old sicilian cultural traditions, and the local produce and the excellent cuisine are a good example of this.
