Each bedroom has large French doors which open onto a private deck affording beautiful views of the pool, terraces, gardens, beach and ocean...All bedrooms have a large, private, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, large wall mirror, magnifying mirror and hair dryer. Description of The Beach Villa......Our Favorite:
This Beauty is situated amid
surrounding cloistered decks,offers eclectic luxury with 6 master bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, plus an additional powder room and maid's bathroom.
We stood ooutside around all 4 floors and looked at the Sea and visions of the Marina a few miles down the road...we had total Privacy,and just Loved everything about this property.
The owners have filled it with the best of everything..and have thought of every single way to touch their clients... With all of the windows and french doors,the sea and the wind lulled us....Snorkling off the property was just " Over the Top" We were swimming with the most awesome fish and sealife!!
This magnificent villa was completed in 2005 and is luxuriously appointed with all modern luxuries and conveniences.
Located on the much sought after western, residential end of Grace Bay Beach in the Turtle Cove area. The villa is within easy walking distance of good restaurants and the marina offering fishing, diving, tours and some limited shopping. We can help rent a few cars if needed,reccommend great resturants...and all kinds of Play Toys...HobieCats,Jet skis..deep sea fishing...all if it is at your fingertips. literally only footsteps away from the magnificent white sandy beach where you can walk for miles and miles. Smith's Reef with some of the best snorkeling the island has to offer is also right outside your door... These owners took such Care when they built these two incredible homes...where the only neighbor you see all the time....is the Beautiful Sea !!

The pool terraces are surrounded by an iron railing making it easy to keep an eye on the younger ones in your party. The villa is almost completely surrounded by lush and colorful landscaping.Tamarind has a very large freshwater pool, a separate kiddies' pool, gazebo, folly and a large coral stone tiled terrace. The coral stone's light, natural color keeps it from getting too hot for your feet and its natural texture provides a non-slip surface where you will find yourself walking atop interesting, million-year-old fossils.
Tamarind has a beautiful, light living room with Italian marble floors. The sitting area has plush, comfortable sofas and unusual, ethnic wall decorations.
The large, open living room at Tamarind has a 55 inch, flat panel, high definition TV and of course there is also a stereo and DVD player.

The bright, cheerful kitchen at Tamarind has a breakfast bar, offers great work space and all the modern kitchen appliances you could possibly need.

Note: The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $150 per week in usage, after which there is a charge of 28 cents per kilowatt hour. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter in the laundry room where you may monitor AC usage if you wish. There are 9 separate air conditioning systems in this villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed.
The villa gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment.

The folly contains a propane BBQ grill for casual, culinary delights and also a bar for cooling your favorite refreshing drinks.
