Description of The Bahamas Villa :
This villa is located in an exclusive area known as Old Fort Bay, a stones throw away from Lyford Cay, ten minutes to Nassau International Airport and 25 minutes to downtown Nassau.
The estate is comprised of three lots, one of which is beautiful white sand beachfront. The other two are adjacent to waterway canals complete with private dock.
Designed to take advantage of its southern exposure and the prevailing Bahamian breezes, the main house consists of three bedroms and three bathrooms.
The poolside cootage can be either be configured as two bedrooms or one bedroom and a spacious office.
The third building is a self contained guest house which consists of one large upstairs bedroom with a small adjoining bedroom. Downstairs there is a living room with a dining area and full kitchen.
The property is staffed with a administrative assistant, cook, caretaker, housekeeper/maid and two gardeners.
