Rental Notes:
Additional Taxes are 10% government tax and a 10% service charge.

This Villa is designed for adults. It is not recommended for children under ten years of age. Exceptions to this rule will be taken under consideration on a case by case basis..
Deposits and Cancellations:
To secure a reservation, a deposit of 50% is required.
Final Payment:
The balance is due 60 days in advance of arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposit and cancellation terms are strictly applied, therefore travel insurance is recommended.
Night and day security is 24 hours.
We haver a staff of fifteen who are trained to be invisible until you require their services.
Full time staff is on the premises from 7:am until 10:00pm with staff services available after 10:00pm on a per hour basis. Check with concierge about rates.
