Abelarda has been built with an excellent external area: the kitchen has direct access to the furnished portico for dining, next to it there is the patio with elegant lounge furnishings for moments of relax. One side of the pool is situated in front of the two patios, and the other side enjoys the sea views.
The exceptional aspect of Abelarda is that the pool is filled with water from the thermal baths and has a temperature that allows you to bathe even in the cool weather. During the summer months the temperature of the water can be regulated to the desired temperature. Inside the villa all the rooms are spacious and well furnished, with a stunning panorama looking out toward the sea. At 1 km you can find a shopping centre with a supermarket and various other shops.
