The Italian-tiled casually elegant living room connects the two-fountain entry court to a sprawling outside patio overlooking the sea and a fresh-water pool, complete with Spa-Jacuzzi. The room also features a mantled fireplace. The sunken library is complete with a spiral staircase to a book atelier, giant 50-inch cable T.V. video screen and a unique entertainment center with a stereo system for A.M./F.M./CD/Cassette/Record Player, all wired to every room with individual controls throughout the entire property.
