The simplicity and location of this lovely new Mediterranean-style villa are so very alluring. Casa Luna, completed in fall, 2004, enjoys a very private location just above Smuggler's Cove Beach which is enhanced by fabulous ocean views and constant, cool tradewinds. A curving staircase tiled in slate winds gently from the parking gazebo up to Casa Luna's main level and to the terrace and pool. The pool, distinguished by a glass mosaic mermaid at its bottom, overlooks sweeping ocean views. A covered porch on the terrace provides shade for alfresco dining and relaxing, and a full bath and a built-in gas grill are conveniently nearby. Just inside Casa Luna is the well-equipped gourmet kitchen and the living area with all media for a lazy evening's entertainment. French doors open from the living area to a pergola-covered patio, set with a dining table and chairs, which looks out to yet another mesmerizing sea vista. The air-conditioned queen bedroom adjoins this tiled patio. Its ensuite bath features handpainted sink and tiles, and a shower with a river-stone floor. Another curved staircase just off the living area ascends to Casa Luna's upper level, where a lovely, breezy bedroom/bath suite with a king four-poster bed overlooks the ocean from its own private balcony. Just outside the spacious bath area upstairs is an expansive tiled patio for private sunbathing, and a path leading to the hot tub tucked into the hillside. Designed with an Italian-villa flavor - french doors thrown open to fresh breezes and inspiring views, artistic concrete curves and whitewashed walls - Casa Luna is the perfect romantic villa. Privacy, wonderful views, and sublime white-sand beaches just a short drive away await you.

1 satellite TV in living room + 1 TV (no satellite) in master bedroom, both with DVD/CD players, radio, books, movie + music collections, A/C in queen bedroom, answering machine, 2-person hammock on master suite patio, built-in gas grill, double hammock (on patio off the upper king bedroom), beach chairs + cooler, dishwasher, optional personal laundry service by housekeeper ($10 per load for wash, dry + fold)

A 10-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL IS REQUIRED AT CASA LUNA FOR XMAS/NEW YEAR'S.
A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended for Casa Luna.

A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON for most villas, and a 10-14 night minimum (depending on the villa and island), during the Xmas/New Year's Seasons.
