Pelican is more of a simple and uncomplicated private house than a rental villa, with many of the owner?s books, oil paintings and a pet cat. It is situated on a wonderful beach with two en-suite double bedrooms above the living/ dining room, ensuring privacy.
The owner built it in 1976 for its cooling breezes, easy access to swimming and the sounds of the sea. The cook/ housekeeper has served Pelican guests for more than 20 years.
