The 20' x 50' filtered sea-water swimming pool is extremely private and offers a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea and St. martin in the distance. The pool and its spacious deck sit close to the shoreline.The protected harbour with boat dock and beach are in front of the main house and a reef in front of the villa makes for excellent snorkeling opportunities.

Rental Notes:
There is an additional 10% service charge and 10% government tax. There is a $2,000 security deposit. Minimum Stay is 7 nights all year except at Christmas/New Years when the minimum stay is 10 nights. Additional Guests: If they can be accommodated each additional guest is charged $1,000/week during Summer Season and $2,000/week over the Winter Season and Christmas.
