The main pavilion features the Great Room with living and dining areas cheerfully furnished in bright island colors, sharing space with the open-plan gourmet kitchen. On either side of the Great Room is an air-conditioned bedroom/bath suite. Just next door are two smaller guest pavilions, Piccolo Sole and Bel Sole, each offering a very private air-conditioned king bedroom/bath suite, one with its own kitchenette. Lush tropical gardens and private decks surround all three pavillions and the aqua pool and native stone sun terrace, from which to enjoy breathtaking views of idyllic Mahoe Beach (a quick and easy 100 yards away), nearby islands and glorious sunsets. ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 20 - January 9; December 15 - January 4 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
