This unique, multi-leveled waterfront estate located behind an electronic gate overlooks its own pristine shoreline and offers snorkeling reefs, a private pool and lush tropical gardens with palms. The spacious Great Room features a 16-foot vaulted cypress ceiling encompassing the living, dining and wet bar areas, and opens to balcony with panoramic views of famous Magen's Bay. The fully air-conditioned main floor has five bedrooms, each with a bath, beautifully appointed with original art and mediterranean-style furnishings. The king master suite showcases its own TV/sitting area and aqua-tiled double shower with benched seating. Additional features of the main level include an office nook outfitted with a computer, printer and fax just off the roomy kitchen. Below, the king Pool Suite level presents the private pool and massage deck and a private air-conditioned one-bedroom California king suite with kitchenette, living area with a twin trundle bed, and balcony. A $3000 flat-fee surcharge and a $2500 damage deposit are required.
ALL flatware, china, dishes, and glassware for the occasion MUST be rented or provided by your caterer; your caterer is also required to do ALL clean-up, inside and outside, and trash removal after the function. Guests will be held completely responsible for all damages, missing items and additional cleanup required at villa. Guests are also REQUIRED to provide name of caterer and/or wedding planner to island manager in advance of arrival.
ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year'
