Description of Villa Colinas:

Upper floor: Master twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, twin bedroom with en suite shower room, two further twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have doors opening onto the terrace. A bright and airy fitted kitchen offers a breakfast area for more informal dining and a separate utility room. An elegant formal dining room with seating for up to 10 and two living rooms, both comfortably furnished; the smaller one ideal for curling up with a book.
Lower floor: Games room with billiards table which can also be set up for pool, table tennis, table football and a large, refectory style dining table adjacent to the outdoor living area. The fifth bedroom is a spacious twin bedded room with door to the garden and separate shower room. The L-shape swimming pool has integral steps into the shallow end, and is set into a huge paved terrace backed by well-tended flowering shrubs. A beautifully scented orchard of citrus fruits is set back from the pool terrace.
