Description of Milestone Cottage ~ - All inclusive Villa:
Milestone Cottage, dramatically perched 30 feet above the Caribbean Sea with spectacular sunset views, is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. The home and its pool are on the edge of a knoll with panoramic vistas of the unspoiled waters below. The luxurious plunge pool has underwater seats, where you can contemplate the superb view while sipping tropical drinks delivered to you on a silver tray by your waiter.
The commodious master bedroom contains a beautiful king-size four-poster canopy bed green marble floors, and opens out to the tropical garden and plunge pool. The second bedroom has two twin beds and room for a crib. There are two full bathrooms. Next to the pool is a staircase leading down to the private seaside patio, with its lounge chairs in both sun and shade, hammock, bar, and entrance to the sea. Due to the change in level from the house, this secluded waterfront is an extremely romantic spot.
Your trained staff includes a cook, waiter, maid, and gardener, who are expert at making you feel totally pampered. They will produce sumptuous meals and tropical drinks, which are accompanied by fine china, linen and silver. The oriental rugs and antique Jamaican mahogany furniture complete the beautiful picture. Our guests frequently comment that the one-acre site is breathtaking and that the food and drink are superb. They also always say that our fine staff is the real treasure of the Bluefields experience.

Rental Notes:
We thank you for the 15% service charge rendered with your final payment to cover staff gratuities and taxes (such as G.C.T., the Jamaican equivalent of VAT/sales tax).Adult guests are those who are over 16 years.
For children under 10 years, there is a flat charge of $350/week per child.
For children between 10 and 16 years, there is a flat charge of $420/week.
PREMIUM: Christmas and New Year's weeks carry net minimum prices of $10,000 for Mullion Cove, $12,000 for San Michele and The Hermitage, $5,000 for Milestone Cottage and Cottonwood Cottage.
HIGH: Thanksgiving and all weeks in January, February, March.
MEDIUM: November, December and April weeks (excluding those listed above).
LOW: May through October.
