Description of Peter Bay Beach House:
This ultra deluxe, fully air-conditioned villa is steps from a pristine, white sand beach within exclusive Peter Bay. The beautifully furnished main house has a living room with a working fireplace, a mahogany gourmet kitchen, and a dining room set with a baby grand piano. Upstairs via an exotic wood staircase is the spacious master suite with a handcrafted four-poster bed, massage/sitting room and a romantic fireplace. A separate dressing area adjoins the unique bathroom with a tropical alfresco shower and private patio with a large hot tub. The bougainvillea-covered serpentine privacy wall encompasses a garden courtyard dining area below, complete with gas grill. Located across the lap pool and garden courtyard are two more luxurious and air-conditioned guest bedroom/bath suites, one on ground level and the other just above, each with private deck or terrace for the ultimate in Caribbean relaxation. 7-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL required for Peter Bay Beach House during the HIGH Season (including the XMAS/NEW YEAR'S period); a 5-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL is required during the LOW Season.
(As is true in any popular destination, construction of new homes continues on St. John's leeward coast and in and around Peter Bay. We will be happy to get current details of such activity for you and give you as much information as we are able to gather or observe about any noise or disturbance near the villa you rent - please inquire).
Professional chefs are available for hire for one meal, or for your entire vacation - please inquire for sample menus and rates, and for chefs' contact information. Massages and facials can also be arranged in advance at Peter Bay Beach House.
ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 21 - January 9 and December 15 - January 4 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
