The upper or main level is comprised of a stylishly-decorated Great Room with all the media; sharing this space is a well equipped, open-plan kitchen with access to a spacious covered verandah for alfresco dining. The king master suite features wonderful wicker furnishings and opens out to covered decks with ocean views. An internal staircase leads to the lower level where two more bedrooms share a bath. Both bedrooms open to expansive sun decks and to the relaxing pool overlooking turquoise waters and green islands in the distance. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 21 - January 9 and December 15 - January 4 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
