The Boathouse. A separate building encompassing a 1 bedroom studio is situated on the water and is wrapped by wooden decks with railings.
The Master Suite. The Master Suite?s private beach is only tiptoes away from the terrace entrance. It is 800 square feet including sitting area, walk-in closet, built in vanity and spacious bathroom with Roman bathtub and bidet.
Guest Bedroom 1. The first guest bedroom overlooks the south beach. This spacious room includes a sitting area, king sized bed and full bath.
Guest Bedroom 2. The second guest bedroom has a railed veranda with Kamalame trees reaching through the roof. Decorated in bright primary colors, this room has 3 twin beds and a full bath.

Kamalame Cay is separated from Andros, near the village of Staniard Creek, by a shallow inlet. The Cay is a 96 acre private island, with 3 miles of white sand beach stretching along its eastern shore. This barrier island is accessible by our ferry only, ensuring optimum privacy. It is the site of the enchanting Kamalame villas and suites, each surrounded by its own tropical garden and directly on the beach. The Cay is ideal for that absolute escape, whether as intimate honeymooners, avid fishermen, small conference groups, close family reunions or just to find complete relief from the maddening crowds.
Kamalame Cove is an island of rock now joined to the mainland by a narrow strip of sand placed by a storm several years ago. The Cove is a secluded, 4 acres of tropical wonderland, with three private, white sand beaches. Whole groves of Kamalame trees, coconut palms, hibiscus and sea grapes ensure intimate privacy. The 7,000 square foot verandah-wrapped villa is an inviting residence, perfect for two to eight people.

Surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Bahamas, except for a finger of sand connecting you to the simple island life of Andros, lies this private, natural kingdom. It is an unspoiled place you won't ever want to leave.
Kamalame Cove is a magnificent 7500 square foot residence tucked comfortably into a secluded 4-acre isle that is now attached to the mainland of Andros by a narrow of sand. Nestled between its own two romantic, palm-fringed coves of white sand beaches, Kamalame Cove sits on a low rocky bluff, overlooking a pristine sea. Refresh in the beautiful aqua waters lapping outside your door or the 40-foot freeform swimming pool.
Abundant French doors and windows flash magnificent views from every vantage, and cooling breezes bring the sounds of the sea inside. A massive open-air great room offers spectacular views of the sea plus a separate wing of four elegantly appointed bedrooms each with their own ocean view and private bathroom (the master bathroom has a Roman tub and bidet).
Outstanding dinners featuring homemade breads, local soups, island fruits, fresh vegetables, succulent lobster, and other local specialties are accompanied by fine wines and topped off with delicious desserts.
Let us introduce you to Kamalame Conch, large pieces of remarkable tender cracked conch with a divine white sauce perfected by our own Mr. Williams. Or perhaps you prefer a light lobster salad made with fresh caught lobster (when in season). Naturally fish, including grouper and blackened red snapper, is another specialty. Enjoy our traditional pigeon peas and rice as well! These candle-lit meals are carefully prepared and elegantly presented by the Cay's attentive staff.
Breakfasts are severed made-to-order with fresh orange juice and omelets. Generous boat lunches that might included roasted chicken and beef tenderloin sandwiches help complete a perfect day on the water. We gladly accommodate special requests and dietary requirements with at least two weeks notice prior to your scheduled visit.
Delectable food, fine wine, inspiring dinner conversation, irresistible deserts...even the most discriminating palate will return to this table. Enjoy with your meal any of our house wines. Ask for the latest selection when you arrive. We stock many popular reds, whites, and blushes.
The Bahamas is known for its abundance of tropical fruits. We will serve your favorites, including fresh coconut, papaya, mango, guava, banana, and pineapple, or walk around Kamalame Cay for your very own.
We will gladly stock the guest kitchen with your favorite niceties. Please let us know of these and any special food requirements or preferences at least 2 weeks before your scheduled visit.
Enjoy first-class dining; fine wines; and constant, caring service as a full staff (chef, head housekeeper, 4 assistants, groundskeeper, and guest-activities coordinator) care for your every need. A detached staff kitchen and separate (off-island) sleeping quarters for staff ensure complete guest privacy.

It is a stone's throw from your villa, and you can bask in the glorious Bahamian sun, swim and snorkel, or collect shells. Take a stroll along the beach and explore the narrow cay.
