Description of One Beach Road:
You awaken to the gentle sound of the ocean lapping on the shore. Your eyes take in the spectacular beauty of the Caribbean sea - you've found your own slice of paradise! This new luxury beach-front villa, with an electronic gate and 4 air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites, was just completed in mid-2002. The Palm Court entry leads up to the main living area on the 2nd level, where the Great Room shares space with the gourmet kitchen and dining room and separates the east and west wings, each offering 2 bedrooms - 3 equal king bedroom suites and a double-twin bedroom, all with the ocean views. A large glass wall opens to a palm-fringed vista of the sea and the infinity-edge pool and deck below. The west wing also features a fully-outfitted office/den with TV and a daybed. A ship's ladder takes you up on a short vertical climb up to a small aerie, a get-away room with a half bath and its own private deck with amazing ocean views. Below, the main sun deck offers a shaded "view" bar and cushioned teak patio furnishings, all looking out to sea past the sparkling pool. An upper pool deck takes you to the built-in heated spa, or steps down to a shallow shelf built into the pool itself; this deck serves as an alfresco dining area with gas grill, made sumptuous by its built-in lounge and softened by plump cushions. A green lawn with tropical blooms shares the waterfront with the white sand strand of beach - unwind with the waterfall cascading from the pool wall into a natural stone trough below. A tenant is on the property in an apartment below the villa which opens to the parking area only; he has his own private entrance, and does not overlook any part of the villa, beach, pool or hot tub areas, inside or out - your privacy at One Beach Road is completely assured.

ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada).
A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 21 - January 9 and December 19 - January 9 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
